We refund if we fail to provide your purchased service for any of our or your reasonable problems. We work through the Paypal payment system. If we do not provide you with a service, you can open a claim, return the money within 1-2 days.
How do I request a refund? You can request a refund of a completed payment by sending the seller an email - Send email to admin firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Ask the seller to go to the Transaction Details page for your transaction and click Issue a refund. One of our account managers will inquiry and discuss with you about the issue. Remember, client satisfaction is the main thing for us. If we find your claim is valid, we will refund your money. The refund policy does not apply to orders that have been completed, but the contest administration has removed our votes.
